Hybrid Polyurethane/Polyurea Elastomer Spray System This product provides a flexible but extremely tough monolithic membrane capuslating the EPS it is use typically for Marine floatation’s.

Property’s for one pass of the two component, hybrid polyurethane / polyurea elastomer system. No leaching, no decomposition, no petro chemical absorption, excellent water and chemical resistance. Strength comes from the Hybrid polyurethane/Polyurea in casing the EPS. Prime to paint any color your project demands. There is No adhesion if EPS is wet, EPS must be dry to spray hybrid Polyurethane/ Polyurea.

Property’s of second pass: 16 of an inch coating, Total chemical block, used for gas docks, heavy industrial uses, and rough seas or oceans. The strength comes from the hybrid Polyurethane/Polyurea in casing the EPS with a flexible but extremely tough monolithic membrane.

These coating maybe use for many other applications including, movie set and prop fabrication, theme parks, water features, play ground, landscaping artecherial designs, and industrial applications such as secondary containment and corrosion protection.

For further durability and fire ratings you will need to hard coat with 6142 -60DSFR class 1 fire rating. Hard coating is available for use in decorative molding, commercial designs, where a fire rating is required.
